Really love how easy this thing is to use. No worrying about a hot pack falling off. Just slip it on and go. It stays long enough for a proper heat therapy but not super long compared to a regular hot pack. Not a big deal but it’s the only flaw I could find. Will order a second piece.

Used this to ease swelling in the knees and honestly they are awesome. Helps with my knee aches after a rigorous day of tennis. Just throw it back into the freezer and your ready for next use. Therapeutic and calming compression. Gets into where the pain is. Recommended all my friends already.

I look forward to using this compression sleeve! I can be resting on my bed, i can be doing my work, i can be watching my shows, however I need to be comfortable with this sleeve while the cooling compression helps to accelerate my recovery from injury and soreness after every use.

The intensity of the cold is more than sufficient to reduce swelling. I was using ice bags before and not getting much relief as they does not provide a full compression around my knees like Cryocure. Seeing improvement in my knee function. Good compression and good treatment overall.
